I was not going to open a new thread about BoS quests until I checked the old bug reports.

I found this one, so I am adding to it.

I cannot get the Quartermaster to speak to me. Is there some timer after getting the last quest from SF Bunker?

Is there a Charisma requirement?

Just have a member alt open door for you. Or use radio (if you have one) to call for someone who can open the door.
