Any idea why my bindings are not functioning?  I tried adding use Stimpack with Cntrl + K, however, it does nothing in game. 

Checked, and this is in my config.  UseBind0=Ctrl K | 40

I've also tried using different binding combinations for it and it does not work either.  I have stimpacks in my inventory, even tried putting them in my hand and still nothing.  Any help would be appreciated.

I tried it with reload, and that is working fine.  So maybe I'm just being stupid and using items with binds have since been disabled?

This is a problem I've had since 2238, and I know its latency issues since I'm in the US and the server is in Europe, however, I am hoping someone has a work around or it would be a simple fix.
For some reason whenever I enter combat and try to run, i stutter, normally moving only 1-3 hexes in the time it would take me to run across the map.  This leads me to dying every time I get into a ranged encounter and try to escape, and also prevents me from ever using a melee build as I cannot even get to anyone to melee them without dying from the lag.
 
This also occurs about 20% of the time when I run by a human player outside of combat. 

My ping is generally in the 230 range (US West Coast).

You can also edit the resolution in FOnline.cfg to match the resolution of your desktop (though it runs the game in the regular resolution with the rest filled with a black box on the world map), and it will fix the problem.

You should fix Slave Mining .  If you have more than one mining they get stuck by each other and dont do anything.

125% science, dismantle support perk.. sciencing alot items and i usually get ~15-20% resources back + xp, i think its enough.. more resources from science = crafting/sciencing cycle till getting adv/uniq

Yeah, you dont want that to happen, but at the time ideas made many other areas at least useful, with adding the ability to abuse, such as slavery and private mines. 

Personally, I think it should be somewhere around 25-35% with maxed science, with a small chance of recovering 50-75%.   As it is now, you get no xp, and you literally get no resources back - in other words its a complete waste of time, and it might as well not even be present in the game.

Sorry to bump, but I noticed the same thing.  Dismantled (With dismantle perk) over 30 guns and got only like 5 junk, 3 wood, and 5 metal parts back.  It was a bit ridiculous.  I would have been better off just throwing them in the camp fire.  Oh yeah, had 125% science and 3 luck.

Havent had any problem with dcs, but I do get extreme lag when there is something chasing after me at close range (But of course I live on the west coast, so I have ping issues).

I did, the only difference is it is only viewed by people who go to their page and look at user posts, instead of getting instantly put on 1000s of peoples walls .

Not that much, but in 5 days there is ~20 new pages and 5-6 of them already exist!!!!! Before creating NEW ones, creators should check in SEARCH if there is already a page about it!!!!! Kilgore have enough job with CLIENT to check  wiki problems and delete duplicates. There is enough WIKI creation tutorials and help online.

My apologize about this, however it also goes to the original creator of the page to make sure that any hotlinks to other pages are right, instead of having different identifiers for the same page.  For instance, [[Mentats]] and then ][Mentat]] on another page, whereas one of them should have been [[Mentat|Mentats]].
