North west of glow along the shore, there are city maps you can encounter with only rats

urm...north of modoc (I think) is a zone with city maps you can encounter with rad things and rats.

north of navaro along the shore there are 3 city tiles where you encounter things (I forgot what)

what are those  "things" ?

i have allmost 300 hp, 200 bg, max lockpick, traps, outdoors and i hellbent on finding CA BP

is this stuff location relevant?

will i get better loot lets say near san francisco than at V15?

350 caps is what you can get for them. The only place with a vendor who will take them is Junktown's Darkwater. He doesnt have any caps so you wil have to trade for other stuff.

Dont waste your time trying to sell it to a player, they are so easily crafted that no one will want to waste their caps on it.

if a brain dead individual would kill a player in a guarded area - no mater if quarry or city he would be IP blocked for 12h  then 24 and then 48 and then 96h etc.

newbie griefs will end

and what type of flamers are they? improved or just normal ones?

 don't expect a lot for the normal ones cause they're weak

i can upgrade them, i have the ats and they keep the stats when upgraded and durability, which is 100/100

i just crafted several flamers from quality to unique all have -1 ap and those unique have +22% min/max damage + crit chance etc, how much could that be worth?
