What about:
Same range, cause it is already superior.
Damage output:
Old: 45-55
New: 50-70
Also, that - 1 AP for single shot would be good, cause sniper rifles already got - 1 AP and they can be crafted so with second bonus = - 2 AP. So I think - 1 AP per single only would not hurt.

To, że zbudujesz bazę nie ma nic związanego ze strukturami, które uprzednio postawiłeś. Tak więc możesz budować swój nowy teren śmiało, namiot zostanie gdzie jest

Każdy vehicle ma szanse żeby wpaść na random encounter. To tłumaczy się tak, że mogło zgasnąć Ci auto - mógł śmigłowiec mieć wymuszone lądowanie. Całkiem normalne.
