I do have 1 perception. My idea is to raise it to 4 with the spectacles, put on a leather jacket with + 1 and use cigarettes for another +1

with that 6 perception I could get the "Cautious Nature" perk.

Does that work?

It only raises PE to 4 if your PE < 4 ==> wont stack with other bonuses

You call that viable? I don't.

Why do you need 4 points? I think he ment to take one gain, to have enough INT etc.

Yeah. 2nd session: Sharpshooter + RBTE + Hit the gap
3rd session: sharpshooter + gain Luck (or IN)
==> you earn a free perk (and 3 IN --> more SP)

Take raise IN /LK perks (+2 IN/LK) before taking SharpShooter
