Ahh ok. I just missed a tiny emphasis on how cool is that to against all odds thrive in such environment.
Mmhm.

Okay, now we know that the game is full of shit and your faction (???) is very powerful inside your bases.

What else do you wish to share with us?
Well, for one, you shouldn't take offense for a game you didn't actually make, it's unbecoming of a lady.

are you just spewing bullshit as you've always done?
You've always been the last one in on the joke, Black. I'm only sorry we didn't discard you and your malformed cronies sooner.

Anyway, if you guys don't get the joke, I don't blame you. We've been wanting to toss one of these together for a while, so we did it. Might be a bit too wordy for anyone from Eastern Europe, for which I apologize. I enjoyed working on it, and I have no more posts to contribute to this thread after this. Enjoy, or don't.

Been here longer than you, Black.

How much longer by the way? That vid sounds like to be made by a newb ragequitting after a week.

How many games you can name that occupied you longer than various FOnline servers?
Not gonna compare dick sizes over time spent playing this game. This is the culmination of years of experience playing FOnline across multiple servers, and months playing on this server (though we have been admittedly on hiatus for a few months, because we have all of the top tier gear we'll ever need, and no new content has been released to justify our return yet.)
If you use your ears, you may be able to discern the morbidly positive tone of the parody video.

"Still. A sea of shit is quite an anomaly. It's a unique thing, and the journey to stay afloat can be justified just by trying to see what else is floating in there with you."

Welcome to Fonline, Slam.

Enjoy your stay.
Been here longer than you, Black.

But thanks for the input.

Where was it said we hated it?
Anyway, the PvE aspect of the game is negligible until actual dungeons are added.
I guess we could have mentioned going balls deep into ares and finding locked desks full of 10mm pistols, farming passive enclave, running from city to city picking random locked boxes exposed in city streets, and grinding ghouls from level 1 till you are max perk level.

After years of experience bouncing from version to version of FOnline, we decided to toss together a review of every version of FOnline ever. Ever.
Seriously. It doesn't get better.
Ever.

Most of the assets used are from reloaded, though not all.

(Admittedly, we could have found better examples of an apathetic moderator, but digging through 2238 screenshots of their forums is.. too painful.)

I think it is at a comfortable medium. I've made chars that maximize their damage with the XL, the gat laser, and the avenger, and out of the three, the XL is the weakest, until you get into one-hex territory.
It's actually one of the only options for SG non sneak pvp, until shotguns get the new ammo types.

Pretty sure he took it out as a timesaver, as he showed how clearly you won the second round. Watching that match (because I was on the other team, not the one you faced) brings great joy to me, as I watch sanic flail helplessly trying to get you to shoot him as you kill his teammates.

Well, I have an idea:

- Make an option in your firepit to upgrade your safehouse.
- The "upgrade" would be changing a theme of your house (walls and floortiles). It wouldn't generate new map, but it would just change graphics of existing walls, floor tiles and bed..
- Possible themes: Shady Sands theme, Vault City Theme, Junktown Theme (its current theme, I guess), San Francisco Theme...
- Tents would only have 2 themes: Default Theme and Savage Theme (Tent similar to those in Arroyo, with some drawings on them).

The changing graphics would work similar to upgrading your fire pit. It would cost some money and resources...

A novel idea, however, someone would have to write that script and test it, and then offer it to Kilgore. There is no large dev team, so small cosmetic things such as custom made houses aren't really high on the priority list.
I am however working on a small roadside house map, out of boredom. Maybe after finishing (still needs quite a bit) it I'll show it to Kilgore and see if he could find a place for it.

If you watch other competitive sports or games you will notice, that most of the top winning strategies are quite boring to watch, no matter if it’s a game of poker, Street fighter, Starcraft, Counter Strike
Woah, woah, woah. Let's all just calm down a bit here. Are you saying that the best strategies in CS are boring? CS is all about the fast action plays and the most exciting bit of the match is when one guy just goes berserk and aces a team. Not to mention, in CS you have a clock you have to beat. There was no urgency to kill each other here.

... and yet it was Cheeki who scored a triple kill and won the Rambo award with a P-90. Myth busted I guess.
He won the rambo award for finishing three players off who had just dropped their weapons to a jinxed AC build. Needless to say, they didn't win a round after that.

As for the whole "we were forced to move" thingie - you knew the rules, it's your fault if you picked a team composition that benefits from doing something that wasn't allowed and you messed up the execution so bad that you found yourself cornered.
What? Our team composition didn't involve much that benefited from camping, or from being outside at max range. I was using frag grenades, for christ's sake. I'm not sure that you understood my post. And actually, we were not cornered. Quite to the contrary, we were caught in an open hallway through windows/doors with all exits too far away to get to without casualties.

God forbid anyone try anything fun or different, why don't we just restrict the next tournament to BGs only. We joked about bringing 5 big gunners as we were signing up, but decided to do something with a bit more thought to it. Turns out, that's the winning choice. (I am not implying with this statement that BSB used too many big guns, they actually had a healthy mix and brought a sniper, so I give them props.)

Have fun watching. I will upload 3rd place match today also, rest in next few days, it's a lot of footage.
I'll assume I'm one of a vast minority who find it hilarious that all five of the winning team's members had avengers...
Fun event, though.

It was non-troll answer on your post about "skillfull fight BSB vs BBS". You camped and didnt want to charge. Where's skill ?
If you've ever played a competitive FPS, then you know that there are merits to sticking to a spot and then rotating, as they did. That being said, the first death being 17 minutes in was a bit silly.

When we went up against them, we immediately saw that they were camping the outside, and the second round we intended to do the same to force them to come to us. Then, we got yelled at, forced to move, and caught at a really, really bad spot and raped. If we had a sniper, we would have done the same thing they did. You don't send a sniper rushing into a building full of enemies, that is just silly.

"Who is going to map those houses?"

Is what you'll likely be responded with.

Actually isn't a bad idea, a house base...

That is more than likely related to build. I'm not one to brag often, but I'm very happy with my BG crit build. Unfortunately, I'm still rooting for an adjustment to lower avenger damage.

Jacky was complaining about the one-hex damage. Pictures were requested. I provided pictures.

I don't trust you.

Again pic or didn't happen

Edit: I must say though, I've talked to a few people who have wielded light machineguns in the military, and they have all reported that it's going to be a lot harder to hit a guy who is running around within 10 meters than it is at 100 meters.

I don't think people realize how clunky these weapons are.
