I spoke to the Junktown Trapper inside the bar and he talks about a 'prewar facility' that he can show me for 50,000 caps. I'm not sure I want to buy it, I'm looking for the "Abandoned Bunker', can somebody explain the 'prewar facility' to me?

Yeah, you/your friend most likely got encountered by an AP whore who can fire a weapon 12 times in one turn, not including any shots he managed to fire off before Turn-Based got activated. Depends on how fast this person chus.

Doesn't change much. Even if I had a steady supply of materials I wouldn't go around losing it all. I dislike playing with people who boast about their 'builds' or 'how good they are' anyways (Pretty much every PvP player I've ever met, I mean look at BBS).
