I think I understood. If you want to have this picture instead of different interface's one, you need:

First.
To edit faction.ini regarding pipboy position and text layout, should be this whole section:

Second.
You need clear UI picture for that, not radio one, and I'm afraid format will be wrong for the text, but that's not my problem, it's yours to set it with coordinates and other buttons anyway.

I'm proud to announce that Pure Black Blue is still living, and progressing slowly. More stuff coming next month, but for now - look screenshots.
In future it will probably have more colors & backgrounds available, you can try to wish something in PM.
Interface is very fresh, pick an eye for bugs and glitches - will be much appreciated.

Special thanks to everyone who was running with Pure Black Blue and playing Reloaded all this long months, hope this update will make you a bit happier during winter .

You need to manually edit each picture to make them "highlighted". No other way to make it from now on. But, unlike it was before, you can now set each gun "highlighted" specifically, not just all rifles.

Obviously highlighting mod will take some time to appear, since there is a lot of new rifles, pistols instead of only 1 pistol and only 1 rifle.
