Flamer to level, you can farm rocket launchers pretty easily once you hit level 24 with the gun runners mutant quest.

I like how people will call eachother noobs when the two biggest factors in winning fights are A: Time played B: Numbers of people.
The most skilled pvper on the server will lose to someone who has played more just because they have better gear/stronger build just due to implants alone.

APA instead of vault suit, when wearing APA no crit on headshots, instant detect sneak, +4 str +2 AG, Lifegiver should replace awareness as a starting perk.

Its random, if someone is in the same area as you and you're in an encounter that isn't a tent, they can join in and either help you fight the npc's, or more likely, kill you.

Are there any plans or ideas on when the next wipe will be? I noticed the previous one was a little over a year ago, so I was wondering if there are any plans for balance changes/wipe coming soon?

I'm not for or against it, but I wouldn't be surprised if the "Fuck you, deal with it." mentality of the community is kind of what keeps a decent amount of players away from playing FOnline.
