PHAH, FONLINE would not exist without Fallout and Fallout 2. So, respect Grandma and Grandpa and dont mess around with the basics - fix TB and eliminate RT.

Turn Based - is a soul and spirit of Falluot and that is what all real Fallout fans LOVE!
Real Time is fun, but it was made to attract the modern compost of gamers and speed up their fights.
Fallout is like chess, fights are based on strategy. The only bad thing with online FO in turn based, is that a lot of scums are draging time in fights just to mess with players. You are already planning to cut TB balls off. How smart is it, the time will show.
Eliminating TB fights is not an option. Better think how to optimise TB fights time, and minimize waiting factor. After you do that right, the question will be if Real Time fights are needed in FOnline at all!

This trap event wasnt just epic, it was kinda educational for newcomers! A lot of newbies got their first time experience, asked questions, joined the massacre, looted some CC and weaponary and promised to come next time. By the way, only one member of Muhosransk city had a 1AP TB build, the rest were RT.

It was a player McReddy-44 (or smth like this) with Hummer and Mercs.
After my mate ran away from him sent /hh on radio, we dropped in and few seconds later, and somehow the abuser dropped back tehre and the Hummer changed the owner.

Hi, my mate just fell down on a player under the HUB, the fight was in turn base. Mate could not niether sent /hh on the radio nor shoot him. The log screen was showing smth like "something is seems to be blocking the signal". What was that and what can be done?

I dont want to be a pain in the ass... but in reallife, doubling the dosage (while being high) of some drugs (coffee, cigaretes, drugs and so long) does not affect the length of effect and usually has a timer more or less. For example 1 cup of espresso will affect a normal person for 7-8 hours, any other cup will not affect a person in a good way except for extra urination. Another cup should you take after 8-10 hours. Smoking: You smoke once an hour and your body needs it (timer) but if you start smoking more often, the body is starting to crave nicotine more often (timer shortens) and you start smoking twice per hour and so long untill you are a chainsmoker Drugs: Take next dose too soon and you die not good...
But +1 for your idea, I would like to take a new coke and take a cig as soon as i am near a car.

ok, now when i am done with this half pubescent schoolgirl, back to our topic. 1 AP build is stupid, but people spent their time on them, admins should respect that. Good solution is REROLL for all 1AP builds as soon admins nerfs them.
