Just noticed , the Gun Runners caravan is in the same location for hours , maybe a entire day , "1845:1725 Destination Hub"

Dont know what caused this , i hope it can be fixed

So, Im level 31 by now but Marshal still doesnt speak to me, just say the quote in the screenshot.

Is it a glitch or i did something wrong
