So much dread and doom in this thread, jees take some anti-depressants lol.

The last two days i've seen an influx of new players, who i believe like most nowadays aren't very interested in pvp.
They just wanna shoot npc's with friends. Pvp may be what the game used to be all about, but times seem to have changed, don't be salty.

I think focusing more on PvE and RP would be a good idea, let fo2 focus on pvp.

Also, not to sound conspiratorial but whenever i question people ingame that in chat do little more than bash the game. It always turns out they are from fo2 community. I get the feeling they want to see reloaded fail. Don't let up developers! You have a strong fanbase, it may dwindle at times but new players will always come.

Hello, new player here and i have a few questions.

If my str is 1 will throwing weapons ranges be limited to 1?

If yes, does taking Heave Ho! increase range past 1?

Will Bloody Mess perk also affect people who i have not damaged, and so, Is it similar in functionality to Jinxed?

Does Heavy Handed -20 critical power apply globally or only for the ones listed there?

Also, does strength add to the roll for both melee weapons and hth?
From this i take it ranged weapons(including throwing) dont benefit from perception or strength for crit table roll?

Wiki states that party size is
 Total charisma − 1 = Number of player/followers
Does that mean with 10 charisma, 9 is the max party size and that it cannot be increased futher using Drugs/Magnetic Personality/Mirrored Shades?

Is there a list somewhere of npcs that buy stuff for caps and also grant xp?
like that guy in hub that buys leather from you.

Would anyone happen to know the special and skill requirements for quests? I went through the wiki but unsure if it actually contains all quests or considering season 3 whether its still accurate..

Could someone help me with a custom ui? I'm currently using combination of raz and khan. Found a few threads on a gui editor, but seems never to have been finished. Here's what i'm hoping for;

I would like to help with game development, i've no knowledge of scripting but maybe i can make maps or write stories?

Need some advice on how to mod these things;
- Message above head, not in log, for when critical fail drop/destroy weapon and damage received by my character
- Many random areas have grid lines, can remove?
- Am using a mod that adds lines to items and some objects, a few missing though; Gecko corpses, certain Boxes, Refrigerators
- Is there a mod for Brighter doors and staircases, even with mod that remove walls and roofs when it is dark can be hard to see, might be just my resolution..

It's more of a generalist build, just want to play casually using whatever weapon i loot or feel like crafting. Don't much care about pvp.

Do cookies give anything or have they been disabled?

What do you mean by sniper perks?

You're saying throwing range is not affected by strength but by perception?
Also reason for high perception is mainly for sight and sequence.

I know about the grenade shortcut, Quick pockets because it reduce reload ap cost to 1.

Hello,

Using the wiki and various guides i'm putting together a build, have some questions;

If at level 3 i choose More Critical as perk, and then, At level 6 am i able to choose Quick Pockets? (Quick pockets is also a level 3 perk)

Plan to get all implants eventually.

Tags; Will probably just tag highest

Perks;

12 -   Action Boy
15 -   Action Boy
18 -   Bonus Rate of Attack
21 -   HeaveHo!
24 -   Even More Criticals

Don't want to use too many drugs, so just Cookie and Jet.
