You could never get implant surgery prior to Level 30 anyway, so nobody gets extra skill point from an IN implant before Level 30.

Yeah, I meant that if I leveled past 30, without having a +1 IN implant, I'd be mandated to reroll if I wanted full skill points.

So implants, as they're listed on the wiki, are still going to be part of the game?

But there is, currently, no way to get them - even buying them from the NPCs, correct?

I just rerolled my character to take advantage of implants eventually, so I'd hate to see that implant system and my new build both go to waste.
Although it sucks to see that unless that +1 IN implant gets released before I hit 30, I'll be mandated to reroll again on account of lost skill points.
