Game Help / Game Stuttering in Ranged Combat

This is a problem I've had since 2238, and I know its latency issues since I'm in the US and the server is in Europe, however, I am hoping someone has a work around or it would be a simple fix.
For some reason whenever I enter combat and try to run, i stutter, normally moving only 1-3 hexes in the time it would take me to run across the map.  This leads me to dying every time I get into a ranged encounter and try to escape, and also prevents me from ever using a melee build as I cannot even get to anyone to melee them without dying from the lag.
 
This also occurs about 20% of the time when I run by a human player outside of combat. 

My ping is generally in the 230 range (US West Coast).

General Game Discussion / Outdated or Missing Wiki Pages - Requesting you Help

Hey Guys,
Requesting your help in finding outdated or incorrect content on the wiki along with missing pages that are needed to be filled.

The ways you can help is by supplying which pages are outdated and needs changed (And the correct information if you have it), otherwise I can take a look at the 2238 source and find the correct data (Or talk to Kilgore if he has changed it). 

Also could use your help finding pages that are blank.  You can see these pages by going anywhere on the wiki, and it'll be hyperlinks that are red.  If you have time, it'd also be aweosme if you could do a basic write-up of these, and forward them to me so I can get them looking good on the wiki, however that is not required.

The main area I really need help is the first request, finding outdated or incorrect information so we can get the wiki up to date .

So yeah, as the title goes;
Looking for a US based or non discriminatory faction.

Must have an active group of players.

I'm currently only level 11 in Reloaded, but have played 2238 for multiple seasons (Was factionless throughout it).  Will continue playing, and will eventually have multiple max leveled characters.

Would be a contributing member of your faction, in both supplies, gear, and caps.
