Just a small bug that I have seen and should report. The Wikipedia for reloaded has factions list. It is good but there is one mistake:

Not active. I don't know about anybody but I stand in hub but don't see these people and it is very misleading.

A good fix would be either:
Under-the-quota advantage or junk hunters.
