It bothers me much, as I use this as a navigation pointer

Main portal page has one.
Forum page is missing favicon.

Closed bugs / [Mechanics] Cannot craft when Repair skill is on cooldown

When Repair skill has cooldown timer activated (I managed to get it to 30 minutes by failing to repair Power Generators in Junktown), player cannot craft until the cooldown fades out.
It shows the classic message:
"You are too tired..."
