This has only happened recently, but when i go to a crafting table (correct components in inventory) i click craft and the game says that i didn't manage to create the item even though i fit the requirements.  Am i just experiencing a random bug or is there some kind of in-game effect/curse on me?

I've been exploring the map and north of Gecko theres this abandoned facility called Tal-Chem California HQ.  I explored the area to find barrels with no textures, an unexasable elevator, as well as a sewer entrance and vent.  The area looks like the start of a cool dungeon, but what do you think?
