Hi everyone, I went to Klamath and learned the "Gecko Skinning" perk, but I still don't know how to skin geckos that I've killed I mean did I have to use a specific tool or something ?

I see in the wiki that we can buy a pre-built Outpost for 130 000 caps in Junktown, but the person that is supposed to sell bases, Earl, doesn't offer it

I just went to get the ranger perk from tamira, I tried to talk with her but nothing happens and I don't understand what the wiki's sequence mean. I don't know if it's a bug or if I missed something in the wiki steps
