Alright so I think I saw enough of this to post something:

ABOUT CONDITION

Alright so before item conditon wasnt applying when we had 300 gun skill. Obviously this was a bug, glad it was fixed.
But now the items are degrading wayyyy too fast.
Since you made oil cans nearly impossible to get now, i suggest you halve item degradation and item condition penalty on death.

ABOUT NEW BULLET REPARTITION SYSTEM

Ok so i've checked mojuk's formula and i didnt understand anything cause my maths skill level is 5%.
But I get it that the main idea is to nerf one hexing and make the game more Nweeb friendly.
I think that however you removed a feature that was very important for many players (including me) who like to solo dungeons wich is now impossible.

I'm sure that a compromise is possible here: I suspect the damage formula is the same at 1 or 2 hexes? I suggest to change this so one hex is still a feature but that the damage doesnt violently increase like in 1st session but that it still does considerably more damage from 1 Hex that from 2.

There is no reason why people with 500 ping or people using hexbot or some other dork program justify penalizing all the players.

ABOUT LEVELING

Ok so we all agree that private mines rendered leveling very easy in session 1. I also have heard that in session 2 the caravan was giving exp increasing with your level.
Now i get it you dont want to see easy leveling.
Just acknowledge one thing is that people will always find what's the most efficient way to level and they'll repeat it to get the level they need.
Why making something everyone had to go through a pain in the ass?
Please: Bring back the caravans improving exp depending on level.
           Don't make private mines visible to all, they are utterly useless now and you already added junk to every recipe so crafting is already nerfed no need to render it useless and grindy as fuck.


Alright so there is a difference between nerfing a feature and render it completly useless.
Surely we can find some middle ground here because overall you seem to get the main issues right but the solution are fucking radical.
I mean you literally go to white from black. I'm asking for some grey here.

Suggestions / New map for pvp?

Hey i made a map i think would be quite cool to replace new reno next session or something. I post that here cause idk who is active anymore been a while.

Whatever just post screens there would be cool to have a feedback from kilgore or docan about what they think if this could be of some use for the future but i made this primarily as pvp warzone.

I didnt put spawn points yet but its not that long to do.

Closed suggestions / Remove carry weight limit for slaves

I just dont understand this feature.

You gotta understand something for casual playstyle getting 500k for 5 private mines is already grinding. At this speed nobody gonna pvp until 3 months if they dont quit before.
With those restriction you took this aint gonna change anything economy gonna be screwed anyway and we gonna see level 200 anyway.
Except now only few players will be that level after exploding 3 mouses by clicking to mine and playing 24h/24.

Its a huge blow to casual playing considering you need huge amount of level for pvp builds.

Why I should click 10000 times on my mouse to gather iron when i can trade, get 100k buy a mine put some slaves in it and have fun with other things in the game? 0 fun factor.

I just dont understand why you changed that mines were already nerfed they give like what 3000 hq alloys per mine in a week.

For those comedians telling its fun there is social interaction... I play fonline reloaded cause its easy to level and you pvp fast without grinding too much.
Now its not fonline reloaded but fonline grinding simulator as entertaining than farming simulator.

The huge advantage that reloaded had over fo2 WAS its easy and friendly leveling system.

Remove carry weight limit for slaves as it was before.

Suggestions / Suggestion about crit table

Alright so we managed to come up with some ideas for the crit table. Main idea behind this is to end this abuse that last for too long.

Keep in mind that what is proposed here is open for advice its just a suggestion feel free to bring constructive feedback.

So the first thing needed here i believe is to bring back the sniper class as it should be. That need a couple of changes in some perks related to criticals.
Those changes are taken in consideration and need to be updated at the same time as the crit table.

Perks to modify:
-RBTE 50% helmet crit chance and crit power mod.
-Stonewall No longer protects against KO only KD from grenades.
-Man of steel give a -15 crit power mod.

We calculated this with this crit table in the optic that MOS+ bonehead counter Better crit and prevents the nasty 101+ roll as it should be.
It will also render stonewall still useful while not being a must have.
RBTE modifed will make this perk more attractive for snipers.

Take in consideration that in the current crit table there is no defense rolls what so ever in the groin for 2 rolls against KO or KD so sometimes you will be knocked down + knocked out resulting in a KO for 15-20ap wich is ridiculous.
In the suggested crit table you cannot be KD + KO

What we are trying to do here is to make the crit table more progressive while not changing it that much.

For unaimed shots the 101+ roll KO has been deleted and replaced by a knock down.

Bypasses roll luck and arent automatic and are have their own separated roll.
KO while still present arent automatic exept for the last roll.

It is kinda obvious also that the weapons that still have crit roll bonus (aka turbo plasma/ plasma), have this bonus removed as well.
