Suggestions / PvP Fame System

Hey guys,

last night I had the perfect idea.  :P

The game needs a fame system. As a young boy I played a game called Risk Your Life, it's not compared to this thou but it had an PVP system I liked and it was also a bit of TC, at least you could raid the cities of the other race and kill the people there ;)

Anyway let's get to the point:

- The fame system should be like some "hidden levels" you can gain.

- You get fame for killing other players

- The fame you get will depend on your fame compared to the fame of the other play
  (you get more fame when you kill someone that has more fame than you on the other side you lose more when you get killed by someone who has less)

- To prevent killing bluesuits there should be an hard penalty when they have no armor on and no weapon in hand  unless they start the attack (this could help noobs not getting killed as it happend to me more than once while trying to learn about the game). You can still kill them but for the cost of fame.

- To prevent cheating there should be a time penalty. Killing the same guy within 15min or so won't get you any more fame.

- The base for fame could be  X(Base fame you get) + Y(some fame difference calculation) + (penalty for bluesuits)

- There could be plenty of fame levels you can reach. For example 6 different fame levels. It could be something like
lvl 1 - 5000 fame
lvl 2 - 15000 fame
and so on...
The fame status should be shown next to the char name for example. To see the rank a char has.

- Also there should be an reward system which is very important. Since rare stuff will get lower and Kilgore don't want it to give out in lockers or easily. There still should be an reward to push more PvP in the cities. This could be a system.
lvl 1 - +20 carry weight
lvl 2 - +4 Healing Rate
lvl 3 - +2 fire/electro/expl
lvl 4 - +2 normal/laser/plasma dmg res
lvl 5 - +10 hp
lvl 6 - + 1ap

This is just some suggestion. Still not so overpowered but well it's something you can achieve by "hard work".

Also you should have the option for a fame shop. The prices can be high. There you could trade your fame for items. The items you get will be one with the same chances as crafting but you could gain some unique item with +1ap. Gatlings etc. You could also make a very high priced HP armor.

Instead of a complete Server Wipe you should also have the ability for just wiping all the fame. Just in case for some testings to make in a season....

Closed suggestions / Support Perk [Reveal Map]

Hello,

I would like to suggest a support perk to reveal the whole map.

Needs

- Level 30
- Outdoorsman 100

Dunno which NPC could give that thou. But I hate to look at all those black squares on my screen and thought it's also used in Fallout 3 so why not :)
