Toxic Caves / [Mechanics] Constructed Base problem

Built my first base (constructed), with only me and one other friend. The base location disappeared for myself (the leader), but not my friend who I added into the friend list section. He could still see the location on the map and lead me back. Where both of us were not authorized to use the computer (when previously the day before everything worked fine)..... not sure what to do here... spent a lot of time getting materials and the 10k. No one else has been to the location asides the two of us... He was online yesterday in The Hub where he mentioned a group talking about a (ddos hack at 4am) to make private camps visable, not sure if related.
