General Game Discussion / Dual logging in a caravan?

Quick and simple: is that allowed or against the game rules? I don't intend to level 2 chars at a time, just would like to have a carry mule with me.

Not sure where to report this so I guess it will have to be here.
I've went to NCR today, selling some stuff and some silly kiddo called "A PATKANY KIRALY"  tries to steal it off me. Unluckily I was more than twice overloaded so I couldn't move but the brat left shortly. I've left some stuff on floor and proceeded for the exit - met the same nablet on the way trying to kill me (failing miserably that time):
Just after the attempt, when he logged to come back on another character:



I then came back with more stuff to get rid of and encountered his second char that immediately followed me: "The Crazy Rat".
Once I got to the bar, he shot me - sadly I didn't have SS's this time and, as you can see on the screen shot, First Aid critical fail timing was epic so I obviously died


Once I came back, I saw that he relogged back to his mule and took all the stuff off my own and his bodies:


I assume this falls under "fast relogging" rule, correct?
