Closed suggestions / Give Pancor Penetrate perk

Pretty simple suggestion. Replace Accurate on the Pancor with Penetrate. Since it only has 16 range, it has no use for Accurate. Let's be honest, shotguns are never used in TC. This would give them more viability against all the heavy armor people wear.

I've been looking at the stats of all the rare armors, and IMO they need some changing.
Enclave armor needs some sort of buff, because it's outclassed by Brotherhood armor in every way. It's a rare armor, so it should have something going for it. Maybe +2 more laser/plasma/electro DT and +5 more laser/plasma/electro DR. This would give it an edge above the others against energy attacks, as it's supposed to have. In addition, Ranger armor is "rare" and it's only advantage over CA MK2 is 1 more normal DT. I would suggest giving Ranger +5 more normal DR.
