Closed bugs / Rail line gang

Hi, some time ago I took the quest, killed all the gang members, reported back to Feargus and Gunther and got my reward. But the location of the NCR train station hasn't appeared on the map. Then I went back and talked with them again but still no train station here.

In the dialog with the farmer there is a missing part. According to 2238 code, it would be the faction name.

Toxic Caves / Fastrelogger in Hub

So I was on my way to trade in Hub Oldtown, when I saw this guy, Fireflares232 and his alt Fireflares with a different number. One of them was (off).
The guy shot me on sight, got killed by the guards, then his alt came, obviously to loot me. Unfortunately I had a few more hp so I can't get him banned..

According to the wiki, there is no repair cooldown.
After I optimized the power house in Junktown, I got 30 minutes cooldown. Is it normal?

Closed bugs / Dropping caravan boxes

I was lifting caravan boxes, dropped them with hotkey. After 15-16 rounds I realized that something may went wrong.. It seems the boxes I drop with hotkey are not counted.
Then after I picked 10 more, dropped from open inventory, I could complete the task.

Closed bugs / Helmets missing

It seems the image of the NCR helmet is missing. It doesn't have inventory image either.
Earlier I found an Enclave helmet, images are missing too.
I tried to delete cache, I downloaded and updated the client again, but the problem remains.
