Very tiring endless TB-fighting.

It happens accidentally get into a fight like this and spend half an hour to just get away  to the grid(because there are already 20 people and followers :) )
If you make these locations with a timer closed most of these random encounters disappear. Those people who make traps would be difficult to open them, and those who are just traveling will be easier to avoid the half-hour maintenance on the grid.
