Sell / WTS Improved flamer (NOT made with heaterchamber)

When I say improved, I mean improved normal flamer with 2 bonus stats. the stats are -1 ap cost and minimum damage +21%
It's not an improved flamer made with a heaterchamber that also has these stats on it.
I don't use big guns but I craft most weapons I can in the hopes they'll have bonus stats.
Make me an offer if you're interested.

Game Help / Mod issues - UI

Sorry to be a massive pain and ask for help again, I won't keep this up, but I've been trying for quite a while now.
When trying to install a mod like a custom UI, I follow the instructions listed on the page, most of the time it's always:
Put the .zip file in the Data folder
open the CFG file
type data/modnamehere and save
Every time I do this, I get an error message saying "datafile/modnamehere" not found. Run Updater.exe."
The game runs fine, but the UI isn't there.
This is what my data folder looks like. I'm assuming this is normal because I tried extracting the folders and removing the .zip archives and it wouldn't run at all.
If I've posted this in the wrong place, I'm sorry.
This is before I put any mod /zips into it, obviously.
Have I totally mis-understood something or have I just messed up?

Game Help / Fiber plants?

I know this is a total newbie question, but I can't seem to find fiber plants anywhere. I checked the wiki and it says "just find them".
As I'm still kinda new, I've been wandering around NCR and up to Reno, staying out of the city areas, but have had no luck so far.
I hate to be a massive pain and ask about such a simple item, I won't make a habit of running here every time I get slightly stumped but I've spent 2 hours in random areas and not found a single one.
