they have very low First Aid skill, How about a bump to 125-150%
Also Can you make it so when they goto snipe(Stay at a distance and snipe) and are right behind someone they don't run back for their turn. I know this is a feature to keep NPCs from bursting allies but if you command them to Snipe they shouldn't run away for their turn.

Bugs / Can't get Light Step Support Perk

the Childern won't talk to me so I can't get the perk, I don't Have Childkiller and I tryed paying the 5000 caps at the Cathedral but that didn't work.

Bugs / Sea side city maps don't spawn footlockers

either I'm very unlucky with the time spent footlocker hunting and not seeing any spawn. or the 2 maps don't spawn footlockers.
also metal parts don't spawn in footlockers. every other resource spawns except those, might be a feature not a bug but thought i'd bring it up

Game Help / Military Bunker Locker Spawns

I was wondering what the chances were to find PA in the room with the implant as I've never found any, granted i've only done the bunker 3 times, the locker is always empty 
was PA removed for the military bunker?

I know the dev team isn't supporting season 1 release of reloaded but i'm hoping maybe someone could tell me how to spawn weapons and armor with unique attributes and also how to spawn items that are legit, if thats possible at all.

I was curious whether or not the Int implant would help meet the requirements for Rad resistance or the Educated perk, according to the Character Planner it doesn't and I was under the impression it did, so I have to ask... Does it?
