Character builds / PvP Character?

Would anyone know a good PvP character for this season? The PvE build you guys suggested me worked like a charm and now I'm looking to start building up a PvP character. Any advice would help tremendously! Thanks as always

Hello, I am coming back to this game after about a year and would like to start fresh, I suck at making builds and the last time I played I had a Small guns crit burster. Would anyone know a good build to help me back into the game? I would prefer a PvE character to start. Thanks!
