If we want to return our beloved America to the shining glory of the past the Wasteland needs to stop polluting the Earth immediately. The New World Order will no longer stand idly by as the rampant excess of the Wastelands destroys our beautiful environment. As such, the New World Order is instituting a MANDATORY carbon tax on all Wastelanders and their transportation vehicles. This will effectively behave as a consumption tax to reduce the ballooning destruction of the Wasteland we see occurring before us.


The following details of the MANDATORY carbon tax are as following:

• 1,000 caps on all Wastelanders for their passive CO² production
• 2,500 caps for each single seat personal vehicle
• 5,000 caps for each vehicle seating more than one individual
• 10,000 caps for each vertical take off and landing vehicle

Payment of one's tax can delivered to any registered member of The New World Order. A regularly updated registry of vehicles and Wastelanders will be meticulously maintained to ensure a precise record of tax payers.


While it may be controversial that those who are punished for a failure to pay their allotted MANDATORY carbon tax are the weak and weary, who have likely never even heard of the MANDATORY carbon tax; The New World Order has found an amicable solution. For each 1,000 caps paid in excess of your own MANDATORY carbon tax, an operative of The New World Order will refer to the Holy Magic Eight Ball  to determine the tax evader's fate rather than gunning them down in a hail of bullets.
