Closed bugs / TC - gang in TC zone, while second taking control over

Town can't be taken if controlled by other faction that has at least 3 geared members in TC zone. Said one man about this season.

Well we just had whole gang in TC zone and it was taken. Is it bug or feature?

If I click on car to scavenge from it, character comes to it and does nothing.

And if there is nothing to find, it just use AP, but writes nothing

Bugs / Train station locations of trains - (lexem not found)
