Closed suggestions / Convenience Pack

1. Remove permanent jet addiction ( If u can buy cure for it for 5k, why bother just make it like all other addictions )
2. Remove carry weight checks for trading ( U still can't move but lets say u can take those 500 rocks from slave and give them to cow, or put them in trunk )
3. Drugs at hinkly ( Can expire automatically if u leave to avoid exploting )
4. Remove poison res/radiation res/healing bonuses from armors
5. Add implant modules to lockers to bring back locker hunters ( chance for getting it should be adequate, and should be SE-like limit for example 1 implant could spawn every 12 hours real time )
