Is there a way to reduce encounter rates? I'm hosting a small server with my friends and for some reason we're getting bombarded with encounters at level 2, just trying to get to Junktown. It's worse than usual it seems.

So I'm trying to use this to run my own server (just to goof off and try some PVE builds for shits and giggles, I'm a returning player from a good year and a half ago so I wanna get the rust off my joints before I dive in) but for some reason every time I use the server program and choose to start the server, and I get this string of prompts:

[00:056] FOnline server, version 0506-EC.
[01:039] ***   Starting initialization   ****
[01:046] Script system initialization...
[01:062] Reload scripts...

Do I need to reload scripts manually or something? I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff, some help would be appreciated.
