Closed bugs / Lost around 30K Caps which was stored in bank

How I produced the bug:
-Brought the money from my bank account to my tent
-I deleted my Character called Ranosh for achievement book
-Made again a Character called Ranosh, levelled myself with the achievement book and made a bank account and stored the money in it
-Reroll happened
-Got Ranosh back, without the money on my bank account

Red Ranosh = Old Char
Blue Ranosh = New Char
