Okay thanks for info. Changes made - how does it look now?

It's like molerats and rats on entry, but on the upper floors there's skags with 150-220 hp (not 100% sure but I think I remember so) mostly with weps like 10mm smgs, assault rifles, combat shotguns (not sure again but that's how I remember it) there's just a bunch of them and you can pretty much just clear corners easily, maybe you'll have to handle 2-3 at max at once and that's only if you run around instead of taking them down one by one. Like I said I did it alone with a combat shotgun yet I suck so....

Why is Vault 15 on top of the staircase? I solo'd it with a quality combat shotgun and combat armor without getting hit once, yet I'm a real noob and my char isn't even PVP - when I did it I had only 190 hp or so.

also how much do you pay for combat armors mk2 70% and 80% condition?

So I just created a faction with my friend, we bought a base.....today I joined Vault City by mistake, and I found that suddenly I lost rights to the base computer....so I made a logical assumption: if I leave vault city faction I'll get back my rights, yes? well no, after that the whole base just quit existing.... I know it's kinda my fault for being a dumbass, but there wasn't any warning regarding that....so my question is, it is possible to get some kind of refund/help in this kind of situation (despite my lack of brain) or do I just have to grind again?

Can someone please explain how do I join raiders? I went to the slaver boss but he has no dialogue regarding any jobs, can this be cause I joined slavers already? Am I locked out of joining raiders?
