maybe burst hit the caravaners way too many times and it triggered them. Happened to me once in caravan, I know  I did trigger the cara leader once by using the grenade launcher too close to the other guards

There is no PE requirement for Strong Back. You need Level 6, and you need EN 6.

Nor do i know of a way to boost your PE from 5 to 8 with drugs. You got some good stuff.

my bad, i was referring to endurance. I got 5 EN and with drugs I boosted it to 8. So it's not possible to get the perk after boosting with drugs?

if I have endurance 5 and I wanna get the strong back perk, can I use drugs to get en6 and then get it?
