The way I see it its a way to molify the RT PVP dumb bells.
Great quick fix that makes everyone OP as it makes outdoorsman a dead skill unless you want the perks.

Gonna get fixed/patched soon I hope.

Common issue.

Seems like cars, Junk, and some other items act as receptors for channel 0 now. Its pretty funny honestly. But yes this is an annoying bug. If only we could tune out certain radio channels it'd all be good with this hilarious bug.

In all honestly I don't know much about in depth game mechanics/Coding ect. Wiki layout on some things doesn't help much either. Still its nice to learn about these thing through various ways.

I'm all for restrictions on the current 1AP guns just not a universal 2AP minimum.

I always assumed that the 5 damage bonus doesn't apply to anything that didn't previously do aimed shots. Most Vet players don't single shot ever or use weapons that never used aimed shots.

Except snipers but then again they didn't take fast shot probably.

Still raging about TB traps even when that gets removed entirely you complain about the damage TB players can deal.

I just hate how this will just destroy the fast shot trait. Why take it when the bonus is just you can't aim now.

Although this entire issue could just be ignored by me if the fast shot trait or -1AP bonueses were removed from the game. Useless is useless after all just like the reserved stats.

The large groups of the "not bounty" hunters are like trigger happy guards with no Rep.

I can actually farm these guys because of the way there's no Rep and for the challenge its pretty nice, and before you scream 1 AP spammer 999 AP shot first. Bounty hunters ALWAYS move first, and second I used a 2 AP sniper to do this before I realized 1 AP stuff is out.

For all of the people who say TB is boring to each his own.

Honestly its kind of nice to have a neutral group that's trigger happy but not organized enough (in theory) to have a rep thing attached. Its only 5K to get rep removed so I can farm NCR and others anyhow for profit even with rep.

I'm only peeved that they travel in large groups (Not Army sized but close) And still can be called "Bounty Hunters" They're Mercs if organized, if they aren't organized then they should be in smaller groups like most players.

BTW they drop regular CA near where I farm. Bounty hunters aren't necessarily lawful they're neutral hence Bounty HUNTER instead of say Regulator or Ranger.

As they are now I kind of hate the wait 5 seconds then we start shooting thing cause it keeps you on edge when encountering them. Also due to some lag at times its just safer to keep my guns holstered till a fight (Which IRL would be the case anyhow XD) Its also pretty cool that they act like they do. Honestly though to some it may be abusive that they have no Rep albiet if your rep was low you might be forever stuck as they 1 hit you in TB since they move first and burst about 5-7 Times.

It'd be cool if you could find bounty posters on the hunters though XD, maybe even claim their bounties as a cool side mission Cap rewards only.

If the bounty hunters are part of a large organization they should have a rep applied to them. And then they'd honestly just be called mercs I'm pretty sure not all mercs in this game despite being called that are the same. Which IRL is the truth.

I'm fine with 7 shots a round, but I don't like that we're going to have a 2 AP min. I'd rather a hard coded 7 shot per round max instead of a 2 AP min. Same thing for all you RT players a world of difference for a TB player like me I say.

The time shouldn't apply in TB but instead what you do when its your turn.
But it is about time TB or RT.

Solo its no issue in TB but in groups and combat its death or battle.
