Also, there are no Npcs that can attack the base?
Base is accessable only by invited players.

- party members led to Sky Tower and Vault 4 will now remember this location,
- fixed regeneration tree's firewood in cities,
- some quest adjustments [WIP],
- bug fixes,
- adjustments to Ridgecrest Hotel,Desert Oasis, Abandoned Gas Station, Old Police Station, Viper Recruitment Camp,

Vault 4 [Widow Rooney] quest adjustemtns:
- Require lvl 25+
- No cooldown on quest,
- Complete Fake Vault - 6500 exp + a lot of exp from killing mobs + loot from lockers + chance to loot corps
Sky Tower [Fox Mcluud] quest adjustments:
- Require lvl 25+
- No cooldown on quest,
- Complete Cloud Tower - 10k exp + very large amount of exp from killing mobs + loot from lockers + chance to loot corps
TIPs:
- take friends with You,
- take quests with Turn Base mode
