maybe a easier way to implement stronger critters is making encounter zones. like all round the hub is safe for new players. but if you go closer to the glow zone or to san francisco you will find all those better critters. (if that makes devs work more easy?)

+1. Simple and clever idea that also works now... NCR, Junktown, Hub are well known safe/noob zone. Wandering at LA is more risky because you can encounter medium and hard encounters (like supermutants or floaters and centaurs). If you want to fight waves of monster you go to the Great Desert  conecting Hub and Redding. If you want fight against mobs with guns you go to NR, SF or even Enclave. If you dont want encounters you use a car.

BtW i think that for now encounters at surondings of glow, and east of the map are too easy (mostly rats and mantis...) there should be more mad ghouls or something.

Spore plants should have some zones on south, for now you can find them often only above Klamath. Maybe near San Franacisco? Failed Shi plant experiment

The only reasonable goal of mendioned level scaling might be protecting noobs bellow 12 level. At this level you have biggest choise of perks, you can requit companions and take caravans (caravans were from 9lv?).

Most of us forrgoten how it was to run like hell when you encounter raiders :)

They are for collectors, to trade (mendioned buyout) and maybe to roleplay (,,a man with golden gun"  8) )

Golden gun might have bigger dmg than normal magnum44 if it would be a bonus reward to be more rewarding. But do not fool ourselfs problaby all players will sell these items for caps... So you are probablty right

Bramins Bulls

Brahmins with higher strenght (10), hit points double than regular brahmins, damage resistance 10-20% and with special "horn attack" (item without graphic, nonlootable) which might have Knockback weapon perk

Brahmin bulls could be allways agresive not like normal cows. 

Tameing brahmin bulls could be harder (5-10% chance to tame) and due that they vaule to bramin traders can be higher (regular brahmin 400-1000, bramin bull e.g: 1600-2000)

If eventualy my suggestion about "brahmin milk" will pass brahmins bulls shoudn't be milked...

Fun feature could be that they attack  without orders peaople with red brigekeeper robe even when they are tamed xD But scripting this doesn't have sense

Items that can be aquire from events as bonus reward to implants, PA, rare guns ect. and from rare encounters. They should have high base prise  like 10-20k. You can sell them to merchant of any cathegory (drugs, armors, guns) to e.g. make buyout

Golden gun:



Description: You are not sure whether this gun is made from gold or simply gilded but it might be valuable for collectors
   
Parameters: like magnum44 but damage like .223 pistol


Golden Glowes:



Description: Champion gloves. Under these painted gold gloves is a hidden some mechanism...

Parameters: like Mega power fist

Generaly I like to use low tier crap guns. Now my favorite is magnum44 due the #cowboy #Clint #Eastwood style :D

Mika if you care about this mole rat fur you can make some decorations from it. I seen that you like decorations (bookshelfs, flags topics ect.)

You can make for example carpet from molerat hide - use dead molerat graphic in photoshop remove blood and make model more flatter to make it be like for example boar carpet but in fonline style:

Wearing psychic nullifer protects you against some of Game Master powers like:
-Incineration by eyes
-cubik2k electric storm
-forced teleport to prison (they need to kill you, remove PN to teleport you there)
-you cant be rerolled by DocAn when you wear psychic nullifer
-when your bot wear psychic nullifer it cant be detected by kilgore
-When wear PN you cant be banned when you are offline
-wearing PN change the damage formula for banhammer and holu spear to low damage and remove ban efect (again they need to remove PN before they ban you)
-wearing PN on dual log, multilog makes your cheat imposible to detect for kilgore
-If you wearing PN you can cheat and shoot through the walls in some locations

(Its just a rummors, Not confirmed :) )

Iam not sure too. The only reason might be NCR train quest, its really close to this respawn. But making respawn for one quest location and V15 dungeon?

Problaby the south respawn was for junktown and ghost town (this location where near, iam right?) and the north respawn was for NCR, V15 and its bug that from NCR you can respawn in junktown

Personaly i think that Ghost town should be out of core reagion (NCR,Hub, LA) and rather be moved to the wild ungurded north to decrease chance that new players enter this location wondering what is that

Some errors have ocure my suggetion also with my respawn reascherch i have founded some strange bug/feature. I thought that respawns are assighned to zones but it comes that it must be rather distance. Check this out:

NCR location is on border of two respawn zone. If you enter the city from up of green circle:


and die on this location you will respawn here (MAP#1 NCR rangers camp):


with cords:


If you enter NCR from down of green circle:


and die you will be respawned here (MAP#2 Enclave&Tribals) (this is Junktown respawn):



with cords :



Update for respawn suggestion:

1. Delate for good V15/north NCR respawn

2. Swap the map of junktown respawn (MAP#2 Enclave&Tribals) with map of delated V15/north NCR respawn (MAP #1 NCR ranngers)

3. Create Broken Hills/Ares respawn with using (MAP#2 Enclave&Tribals) in location like on picture below (blue color):



With this soulution new map for Broken Hills respawn is unnecessary and it solve ares problem (for now distance form VC respawn to ares is 12 squers, with my suggestion it will be five diagonally squers so it will be distance like 5*1,4 = 7 squers).

"White spot" still is a good location for Ghost town

Mentioned problem with NCR north&south allso will be solved

another option of creating respawn map might be reworking removed VC starting location map by adding there respawn gurds and some new objects
