Yeah, I already know it.
It's just 4 days in wastes but I've already met thieves, scammers and aggresive players.
Well, this community is very... hard. I see.

Yeah, I remember a guy trash talk about my family when he lost 1vs1 in BH, I was shocked then but after I realized that it was only a spoiled little brat tough online. We have a lot of anonymous bad asses here

Power Armour is already an impossible item for new players and such. I am sure it's common for people who are active in PvP activites but for everyone else adding some requirement to use PA on top of it's rarity.. puts PA into mythical status.

And it should be like that, we are talking about best armor in the game  .

Now if PA was somewhat more common then it is now. Then yeah by all means have some other requiremnt so as to not flood the game with PA wearing people.

It is common enough already.

Belive me if you learn stuff here you can play alone and have a lot of fun, it is like a single player with other people around. Of course it cannot be compared with playing with others but still better than any SP. Just don't give up to quick.

Well at least people think to change something here...could be funny to see some perk or trait that lets you use PA or maybe an add on like: Stonewall lets you also wear PA ...or... trait Small frame lets you not. (if of course we consider PA and HPA the best armor in game in future - best things deserve some attention )

There are many people here like that but you forget that this is a Fallout game. I strongly suggest to read wiki first and of course some specific subjects here, belive me you can make a mistake that will make you rage quit very quick if you do not know what  awaits you here

Seki fail build

ehm this topic is about pvp screens and movies, not about talking shits about other players and their builds

its perfect groin sniper build but groin was nerfed so im shoting eyes/hands, sometimes bursting with pancor in NR because its shitty close range only location bad for snipers

perks : more crit, even more crit, sharpshooter, better criticals, lifegiver, 2x action boy, brof + all support perks and implants
traits : small frame, loner (sniper usually dont have enough special points for bonehead, i like leveling and hate using followers thats why loner)
special :
ST : 1 (1 + 1 implant - 2 jet)
PE : 9 (7 + 1 implant + 1 cigs [sharpshooter 11])
EN : 10
CH : 2 (1 + 1 implant)
IN : 3 (2 + implant)
AG : 10 - fail
LK : 10 (9 + implant)

all sniper perks, perfect special, where is fail ?

could be better with lifegiver and rbte instead of action boys but ab is fine for sniper too and with 8 base agi instead 10 and implant + nuka so i would one more point in perception, not big difference
groin was nerfed and im not going to spent money for reroll before wipe..
so please stop telling shits, its your first post and already saying shits in wrong topic
