To Squash a Spider

I don't remember who gave this quest to me in NCR (kill the wipetress). I'm afraid i waited too long and the location has disappeared from the map. Is there any way to reactivate this quest? Could someone please tell who gave this to me, i may talk him again.

Whispers in the darkness

Jeremiah gave me this quest in Junktown. How to begin? Nobody wants to talk about this in Junktown. Someone suggested to try random encounters with Junktown scouts, but they only willing to tell me about the abandoned gas station (dungeon).

turbo plasma rifle was never linked to the vault dweller, it is more like 10mm pistol...

Toxic Caves / QUEST - Find William's Daughter (Junktown)

I am stuck with this. I reached abandoned bar, gave booze & jet to the bald guy (i didnt pay him money) and he let me down to the cellar. In there i get attacked constantly with RESPAWNING enemies. I reached the children cell (walked around the bugged walls) but they don't want to communicate me. Saying literally nothing. (Combat is off!). I don't get it, what should I do? I even lockpicked those fkin doors but no response. Tried kill Rick (the bald boss) outside, but he respawns too!

Is there anyone who finished this?
