Bug/feature? in turn based combat.
It appears when you do raider, or gun runner quest. When you enter cave with somebody else, die inside,  and then come back, you freeze(because its not your turn) and when it is finally your turn you can run as if in real time combat(without using up ap). Also you can attack though it uses up your ap points. And they wont regenerate even if you wait till next turn. It is possible to move after shooting.  Also if you leave game and come back, then your ap resets to full(at first thought that its some problem on my side) and within 30 second of your turn it is possible to fire minigun quite a lot, if you kept login off and on.  Apparently ~suicide command work, tho if you die again it happens once again

Reload cost in RT (real time combat) is 3AP, in TB (turn base combat) is 2AP. This has nothing to do with Bonus Rate of Attack perk.

Oh i see, i didn't notice it earlier(to used to Fallout2 i guess)

Field medic enables me to use my FA/Doc skill while using the healed person's timer.
The problem starts  when i use it NPCs. It uses my timer instead of theirs, so i became stuck unable to heal myself.
The endless walkers seem to be using first aid on themselves, but only do it once. So i thought NPCs have timer on their own, but from what i experienced in caravans it doesn't look like it.  So there is my question. Should they have that FA timer or not?(First aid is not that much of a problem, we can use stims. But doctor on cooldown makes it impossible to heal two of caravan guards at the same time, so they swiftly become useless without their eyes or limbs)

Closed bugs / Bonus rate of fire reloading bug

After choosing bonus rate of fire perk AP requirement for reloading increased from 2AP to 3AP.
Also the AP for shooting didn't decrease but i heard that 2h weapon have a minimal of 3AP cost usage so it's my mistake for choosing this perk.(burst usage decreased to 5AP)
