I'm having the same issue, except the name I put in on Registration (Ashton) was still there instead of login. And I'm positive I put in my password correctly (I held down CTRL to check, and indeed I had entered the password correctly).

Can I request the faction name "Sigma Council"?

(It's probably a horrid name though. I'm not good at making names.)
