im confused about this wipe. so will it either

a) delete all charecters and start new
 
b) delete whole game and the game will never be able to be accesed

c) both

my in game name is scoutzz and he is a sniper and stats are:

str 1
per 10
end:10
int:1
chr:1
agl:10
lck:8

so will this be acceptable to join your faction. this is a critical sniper build.
