The Thunderdome / Moving to ban a player for pvp relogging

As if 3v1 was not enough,I strongly suspect a player named Norcap used fast relog with his alt tony mer to gain further unfair advantage in PvP. Sadly, I wasn't able to screenshot his other alt, but the situation went like this:

1. I killed Norcap in a WH pvp
2. he immediately went offline
3. a player named "tony mer" appeared on the map almost immediately

Please investigate if tony mer was indeed connected to Norcap and if yes, then by all means rid us of another filthy fastrelogging presence.

A PM will be sent to admins regarding this situation.

According to this, once you enter an encounter marked as TB, you must play TB. Players inside or not.

Well, wrong.

Despite the TB warning, it offers me a choice between RT and TB, and if I choose RT, the encounter will be in RT and not a TB.

Is that an intended behavior, or maybe a bug after all?

Closed bugs / SPECIAL bonuses on helmets are not working

Not sure if that was mentioned before, but today upon killing one of my competitors, I found a helm offering SPECIAL bonii: +1 ST, +1 Action points.

Not sure if this is legit per se, since wiki says there could be no SPECIAL bonii on "crafted" helmets, but my SPECIAL stats are NOT upgraded if I wear it. So, that doesn't work.

Closed bugs / Slags at WH dead, chest still "needs a key"?

In the WH there is, to my knowledge, a total of 11 Slags.

Correct me if I am wrong: 2 at the SE corner (laser and needler), 4 at the main chamber (papa slag with a minigun, a needler, a CAWS, and a melee), 2 at the E side (another CAWS and a P90C), 1 N of the main chamber (melee), 2 at the W side (laser and P90C).

I have soloed them several times now, and that chest still "needs a key".

Each time I knew there was a live slag (or a respawned one) the footlocker gave a hover message that it is "guarded".

Each time I was sure they were all dead, there was no hover message, only a chest nagging that it "needs a key" in the command window.

I believe it is broken somehow, or that I am doing something wrong like missing a step even after the slags are all dead.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Dear Kilgore, there's been quite a number of cases in public mines with the following MO:

1. asshole 1 enters a mine with a HKp90c or similar and checks the slaves' (making a honest slave work there) inventory for stuff

2. asshole 1 bursts the slave, gets killed by JT guards (mark that TJ guards forget about asshole 1 later on, they don't keep records on the fucking bastard and allow him to enter the mine again armed)

3. asshole 2 (either a friend or an alt of asshole 1) enters the premises with a brahmin or a follower and just CTRL +Gs all of the dead slave's ore, trades with the cow or a follower putting the stuff in their inventory, walks away, ROFLs

I don't think that has anything to do with common sense or the game's logic.

I think guards should either weapons check every PC and take the weapons from them like in New Reno or remember the guy who killed an innocent slave in the mine, or both, UNLESS they are all killed, so there's no one alive to remember.

To sum it up, I don't have anything against mass attack on the mine, where every attacker fights with every guards till extinction. I only have a grudge against these goodfornothing fucking sorry asses who exploit the games system in the way mentioned. I move to propose the New Reno casino system to be implemented in public mines (put a fence around the damn thing, put a npc to converse on the entrance) OR maybe even better, that the guards auto attack the known offenders (a reputation system similar to towns), unless every single guard has been killed during that attack and there's no one to testify.

Closed bugs / Electronic parts not respawning?

Yesterday I farmed electronic parts from my base - today they didn't respawn.

I tried Theme park and Waterworks - same situation.

They seem to be not respawning.
