Closed suggestions / Increase the speed of motorcycles

Compared to buggies, motorcycles underperform :

More fuel consumption ; doesn't make sense.
Higher Price ; 40k versus 15k.
Slower speed ; feels like a slug compared to the buggy. (irl buggies have low top speed).
Lower trunkspace ; totally acceptable to have a low or even lower trunk volume.

So pretty please with sugar on tops, please consider this small suggestion.

Closed bugs / Previously obtained scout perk no longer working

As the title says.
After server migration the scout perk no longer works on my explorer.
I have not tried to get it on a new character since the migration, so I am not aware if it works if you get a fresh perk.
