Closed bugs / Mutant's quest and No-Barley system

Hello... I got little problem on character named Ahri with Mutant's quest (thats repeatable from Gun's Runners) after rollback day ago... I cant get the quest again after 2 days so i think is pretty bugged... (i got reward etc) so can someone reset this quest for me?
The second case is way to farm barley - cause at the wiki site as we can see barley we can get at... Klamath, Modoc, Tabacco farm but... at the real it isnt true... im not sure about reason but barley doesnt respawn at this sides... searching and looking barley at merchants its pretty annoyin the same killin bosses and get caravan reward so can someone told what's happen?
