Hello guys.
I am no longer active in FOnline (as many other players) simply because there is not much to do in PvP and even less in PvE.
As there are still some teams and players active. I have an idea that might be intersting for everyone.
To fight the swarm make a new rule for PvP among players. Each PvP team should have no more than 5 players.
There will be way more factions present and even more TCs. Just respect the rule that there are only 5 players taking a town and 5 players of another team coming to fight. We could get some cool PvP actions in triple threat matches like 5vs5vs5, or 5vs5vs5vs5 or even several TCs at the same moment in different towns. It depends all on you to not be cheating by asking one or two buddies to come and support you while you are in trouble. We could have so much fun all together.
No longer need alliances because there is always an equal amount of players.
If you are skilled enough you can try 3 or 4 vs 5 but not 5 vs 6 and more.
Everyone has enough stuff (I would even say a shitload of stuff) why don't you just simply go and use it ?
We can make this game even more intersting for our selves, we just need to organize all together. We should just launch the game and play! JUST! DO IT!
UV could split in different teams and go fight against each other and other squads. Does it really matter if UV1 is losing against UV2 ?
The same could be for TTTLA or BBS (if their original members still play this game).
Just post here what do you think about it and let's see how many people will be intersted.

I had the same idea a while back on the previous season of Reloaded and talked about it, but it failed.

Take Urukhai idea then make the character auto spawn upon death on the event map without any gear lost. (like the old DOOM multiplayer maps). You still need to repair your shit and bring ammo though.

perhaps we can form smaller teams, but come together when the big uv swarm attacks and then resume fighting

Unless you make an arena style tournament that can happen daily. I don't really see this being viable ATM.
I'd still like to see the wasteland being more organized.

If by "organized" you mean "let's swarm 16 vs 5" then I doubt that one day people will gather here again.

anyway "TTTLA" has proven that you guys can make a pretty strong team to fight our "huge game ruiner unfair noobswarm" which consisted ~10 people most of the time, then u just suddenly disappeared. pvp was alive.

This thread just shows how PvP guys cannot get along due to the autism in PvP, and "must win the game" logic, also everyone thinks he's the best, good luck crying on "server is dying, where is pvp" threads.

I would like to see PvP league than that shitty TC system. 10 matches every week and some finals every month. 5 vs 5 .
That league could show who is the best pvp player(depend on months).
For 1st place in league some special items like....
For 2st place also special items but worse than 1st place.
For 3st place etc...
For 4-99999999 place only experience on played characters.
Game like football and its very simple to show who is noob and who is "pro".
With that system You dont need any shitty tc.

Nope. Definitly not. If you can't gather enough players in your faction, JOIN SOMEONE ELSES :).

It isnt the problem of "you cant have enough people". The problem is that there is only 2-3 major factions consisting of 5 to 15 players. That is basically the whole pvp players on the server. Now, suppose some of your faction guys didnt show up today for irl events, you now get swarmed 10 vs 15 or you dont show up at all cause you know you will lose anyway cause youre outnumbered. You cant recruit more, cause there are no more people available.

I can agree with eight8. Better stay on ours TeamSpeaks hanging around the Hub without nothing to do and be happy with...the better faction holds and DOMINATE the cities and the server.

Oh, but when you had a 329 HP 89% damage resistance tank with pancor + geckos breath fighting a 245 HP avenger burster is fair? ::)
So glad implants are literally rare now. Before they were as common as getting a forced encounter of rats.

You just don't understand, that everyone have had enough with swarms. A swarming team is hard to fight and with equal numbers you can blame your skill, your bad coordination, bad tactics etc. A 3 vs 5 is still possible.
A 3 vs 8 is very hard. And even if a triple squad would find enough motivation to fight 8 guys and will manage to win; you will bring 11 players next time.
A 5 men team could be great. No need to go to Hinkley just do TC.

Eight nice butthurt. yes i have full implanted char and what? I see "boldupki". U "dominated" 6 TC lockers for months by "sneakerlooter" and u still didnt buy any implants. I wasnt camping lockers as you so who is idiot now? ;)

When u start loosing 4vs4, then u must bring more people. but nevermind. You lost 3 cities. My people need like 2 minutes to gear up. And u need 13-15 minutes. U dont care about pvp, you care only about cities and TC lockers. If Im wrong why are you always entering on last seconds of timer?

I have team, but we re not interested in fighting Your team, beacuse for us it is no fun killing such noobs xD. We will apear in next session.

People tend to join the "winning" team as opposed to sticking it out with the "losing" team, as obviously people tend to enjoy winning more than losing.
Plus as mentioned above sometimes people get caught up with being the "best" and can't handle a single defeat, let alone a series of them.
Plus some people's ego just gets in the way of everyone else having fun, and drama takes over.
I love pvp and love all the players who do it, most of us are killing eachother for the same reasons etc, so I would love to see innovative ways of creating consistent and relatively even pvp (having more than double your numbers appear is pretty frustrating, unless it is a swarm of plebs).
Chopping people into 5 man teams (5 seems small though, 8 seems more fun and allows for more variation) doesn't stop those teams working together or abusing the system :\

Blarney I played with almost every team in that game and I can tell You that 80 % of pvp community are dumb apes, idiots, morons etc. They care only about winning, they rage when losing. Sad but true and there people wont respect any rules. They need to win, cuz irl they re losers.

then you just record it, it will be an obvious proof that these teams are bad in terms of pvp and organization. Who will care about their posts and their screens if everyone knows that these team suck ?
could be great if TC locker would give stuff depending on the number of players in the team.
I would even play as an overseer and just overwatch all fights. If I see that a team is clearly helping another one then I will show it. Such players should be isolated from the community. There should be new rules in PvP otherwise it is impossible to play.

The idea is nice, but not possible to implement as long as we have people like uv, Rogues or BBS in our community. Teams with an urged need to "dominate", whatever it means.
The reason is people turned the goal of the game upside down. I always thought the main goal of the game was to have fun, but all these noob-give-me-loot-swarmers set their goal to win, loot and spoil every other person's fun instead of sharing fun with other players. So no, they will not come in equal numbers (like eight8 said) if they can't win on equal terms. They will not lower their chances of winning - because it is the only thing that matters for them.

I think he was originally implying that forcing 5 man teams will create a large gap between players who have fully implanted builds, and players with only some or none.

I don't go to WH, so try again it's actually quite easy to know who the hell I am. I also still don't see any issue with DA using implants or calling it "unfair" as that's how the game goes, and I sold one of those implants to DA anyway. Stop being a fucking crybaby or quit the game.... Little bitch.
