I was told today that Fast Shot perk in Reloaded doesn't work with bursting. Is this true? What possible justification would there be for this?

Is it additive balance, or negative balance?
Does it ruin long burst weapons, or give short burst weapons more reason to exist?
Action boy makes it so a dedicated long burst build is something that is totally viable without fast shot. Its just that you need to find cover on reloading phases if you aren't comfy with the jet business.

If those are beliefs for you, well you know... the thunder God, Thor produces lightning in the sky type of abstract bullshit based on mythology n' stuff, then I'm strongly discouraged to hear what you have to say.
