I encounter dr phil on various occassion while teamign with random players to do Ares or hunt npc and from my experience, dr phil is a retarded, 7 year old kid, not familiar with grammar. From my observation, he has an advanced ADHD - it was hard to understood him. Just a sad, crying and raging kid who is playing fonline and trying to make friends with everybody while ploting against them in same time. Strange kid, definitely mental.

Outside is shit. Its even more grind than this session and has no PvP at all except in the middle east servers. Not even going to consider playing that until dev releases some good updates.
