We publish source of Reloaded as promised. Now you can host it locally, modify it, test it, play it, whatever.
Bug reports are welcome :) Source comes in two parts:
Part 1:
Contains Server files, Mapper and Tools.

Note:
- This source is from 1st Season. It contains all changes before and including this update (http://forum.fonline-reloaded.net/index.php?topic=7160.0).
- It is quite compatible with what we're using now in 2nd session, so if you want to support us with work on content (maps, dialogues, quests), it should be quite easy.
- All credits for what was already in FOnline 2238 source, goes to Rotators of course.
- We provide no support for this because we don't have time for it. If you need help with modding FOnline, you should head to http://fodev.net and ask there. Other than that, you are on your own.

I know it's not depend on my choice, but...it would be great to see something like that on server. More co-op like caravans would be nice :)
Anyway, yes..I know that takes time and many hours of work, so no need to hurry or something...good luck in making progress ;)

I checked out the source and tried mapper. Well, after searching around I managed to create a new empty map, fill it with some elements, but I see a lot of bugs in that mapper or lack of straight forwardness. In my oppinion, if you want the community to contribute to the content of FOnline: Reloaded, (which if u check out FOnline 2, is very needed) you need to make them start out easier. You or others who are proficient should start a tutorial on your forums how to make a map, scripts, how to test it, etc. Even if a simple one, it would help a lot.
Actually I might start a thread and ask questions, maybe someone bites :)

If somebody wants to contribute he can help himself with forums fodev.net & fonline.ru. There's alot of information on how to map and do basic woraround. If u wanna script learn C++. AngelScript has same syntax.
Anyway 2238 mapper is simple enough to use. Even stock one is fine just requires some time to learn how to copy paste 3/4 of map ;).

Well then...how do we copy and paste 3/4 of map? And more importantly, if i run two instances of the mapper, can we (how do we) copy some from one map instance and paste into second instance?

Two instances of mapper are not bound in any way so it's clearly not possible to do this thst way. U simply run onebinstance copy part out of map #1 open second one w/o saving paste it customize it and save #2 with it. Mapping urban locations relies mostly on copying ready walls and buildings just to add new interiors and extend it.

Say you guys didn't happen to notice where the gas station walls (without the beige concrete around the exterior) are located?
It's not with the other pieces in the gas station category. I've been searching for what feeling like forever. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey is possible change scroll movement in mapper? During scrolling map it stutters or let say jump over the section of viewport it looks totally different compare to 2238's mapper. If I get broadcast software I will record it.

We are in the second session now, so I think we have to wait for third session for that. But it will probably be available.

Please help,
I started my server & got admin access but admin\GM commands still don't work ???.
I downloaded client & server from the links above, launched it, got connected & started the game.
Typing in "~getaccess admin admin" gets me admin access, which is confirmed by the message "Access changed".
However, game still refuses to accept admin commands like "~additemself" etc. and after typing it I am getting "Unknown command" message in the console :(.
What is very odd is that game responds when I make a mistake in arguments and asks to correct it, but as soon as I do, I get "Unknown command" message again.
I also added my character to the file Server\config\GetAccess.cfg with "admin" access, however it still does nothing.
What might be the problem here? Does anyone have something like that?
Are those commands disabled on purpose or am I doing something wrong?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I looked through the article more carefully and figured out what I am doing wrong .
Looks like all that time I've been trying to type in the command from some random FOnline website that does not work\exist in FOnline: Reloaded :facepalm
Turns out all I had to do is use commands like "`spawnitem" or "`give" instead.
So, thanks for the advice again! :)
